    Overseas Operations:

    • Started the overseas operations from Dubai by setting up JRG Strategic Management Consultants & JRG Metals & Commodities DMCC for starting Management Advices and International Commodity Futures Operations.
    • Conducted Commodities Summits in 18 Novermber 2006 and 11th January 2009 exclusively for providing the information about the Scope of Commodity Futures through DGCX to the investing public. More than 500 investors were participated in the Commodities Summits.
    • Introduced UAE? first and only Mobile & Internet Trading Platform for DGCX Commodities Futures Trading.
    • Initiated to start Indian Rupee Futures contract with DGCX and Mr. Sudhir Kumar Shetty, COO of UAE Exchange inaugurated the contract through JRG network.

    • On 28th April 2008, DGCX & JRG jointly conducted DGCX? FIRST BUSINESS MEET ?GCX-JRG BUSINESS MEET exclusively for INTRODUCING BROKERS at DGCX, Emaar Business Park, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
    • On 27th May 2008, His Highness Sheikh Mana Bin Rashid Bin Mana Al Maktoum executed JRG? First Trade in DGCX Crude Oil Futures Contract in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Bin Mana Al Maktoum.
    • On 29th August 2008, Mr. Nishat Bandali, Chief Marketing Officer of Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX) inaugurated JRG? Training Division in the presence of Mr. Gaurang Desai, Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX).
    • On 11th January 2009, JRG conducted second Commodities Summit at Dubai named ?RG Commodities Summit UAE 2009. More than 350 investors participated in the summit. Mr Nasser Saif Al Reyami, the Director of ADTA Licensing and Classification, Govt. of Abu Dhabi inaugurated the Summit.

    Depository Division:

    • Took charge for setting up the National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) DEPOSITORY PARTICIPANT Division in May 2000.
    • Successfully completed the implementation of DP Division in September 2000 with the title of ?he World of DP Services?
    • JRG Depository Division is one of the Leading and fully complied DP of NSDL with more than 35000 accounts.
    • Introduced India? First ?UNDAY & EVENING DP Service Counter in 2001.
    • The company was rated as the BEST DEPOSITORY PARTICIPANT by ?NTELLIGENT INVESTOR Financial Magazine, in terms of financial benefits to the customers during 2000-2001.

    Commodity Division:

    • Supported starting Commodity Operations and managed various Commodity Business Development programmes conducted by JRG.

    • Started and structured functioning of the Administrative Department.

    • Leaded for setting up Marketing Team for Selling Financial Products like, Insurance, DP, Mutual Funds & Bonds.

      • IDF - Investment Details Form.

      The above IRF & IDF will contain all achievements of the Marketing Executives and their incentive details.

    • Led Insurance Corporate Agency Services through Life Insurance Corporation of India and United India Insurance Co.

    JRG Stocks & Shares (P) Ltd.:

    • Started exclusive Division for Mutual Fund Operations through its Subsidiary company.
    • Conducted MDTAP (MF&DP TRAINING & AWARENESS PROGRAM)
      • MDSTP (Mutual Funds & Depository Participant Staff Training Program)- a program coming under MDTAP, designed and conducted at all branches on a quarterly basis whereby MDSTP was aims to update the industry knowledge as well as Mutual Funds and DP product knowledgeof JRG Staff for improving the Service standards.
      • (Mutual Funds & Depository Investor Awareness Program) - a Regional wise Programme coming under MDTAP and conducted in association with Mutual Fund Companies to provide opportunity to the investors to make awareness about the investment avenues available for safeguarding their hard earned money profitably.

    Systems Division:

    • Developed software ?RG Personnel Management System for Payroll Management.
    • Developed software for DP to deduct DP charges of customers from their respective Trading A/cs.

    • Successfully completed the full conversion of ?SE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM HR software from Clipper to VB- Oracle platform due to Y2K problems. This software used for generating Wage Statements, Wage Slips for Staff Members of CSE
