Professional Experience Requirements

In order to qualify, you must have at least 10 years financial services (e.g., auditing, compliance, operations, risk management, technical, training) and subject matter expertise in one or more of the following sectors and specialty areas :

    Education and Licensing Requirements

     

  • Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Preferred: One or more professional certifications/equivalents
    • ACAMS
    • CFE
    • CISA, CISSP
    • CPA
    • FINRA licenses 
    • Information technology licenses and certifications
    • Insurance licenses

    Skills and Experience

    One or more of the following:

  • Former CCO, senior compliance officer; risk manager, auditor, lawyer
  • Former employee of, or contractor for, an international lending agency (e.g., IMF, World Bank, USAID)
  • Former financial services regulator (e.g., SEC, FINRA, FSA, SFC, CSRC)
  • Project management
  • Classroom setting and web-based education and training
  • Technical expertise with mainframes, legacy systems, software, web-based and mobile applications
  • Multilingual, especially Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Hindi, Mandarin, Spanish, French, and Portuguese
  • Cross-border financial expertise, including international best practices in one or more of the following regions:
    • Asia Pacific
    • Caribbean
    • Eastern Europe
    • India
    • Latin America
    • Middle East/North Africa (MENA)
    • United States

    Travel may be required, depending upon the client's location.


    Prospective Executive Consultants and Instructors must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a think-outside-the-box, creative problem-solving mindset. You must also enjoy working with diverse, multicultural, and multilingual groups of people in high-pressure and ever-changing working environments.

    Executive Consultants & Instructors:
    • Competitive hourly and daily rates, commensurate with experience.
    • As BCCP/BCI continues to expand its client, consultant & instructor base globally, Executive Consultants who wish to participate actively in our expansion activities will also have the opportunity to receive results-based compensation through our Global Incentive Plan.
